2024 Acko Drive Awards: Tata Motors Wins Car Manufacturer of the Year

Tata Motors has bagged the top honours by winning the 2024 Acko Drive Awards' Car Manufacturer of the Year. Tata Motors has made a commendable stride in 2023 with a plethora of new models and service launches. 

The Indian marque launched new versions of the Nexon, Nexon.ev, Tiago iCNG, Tigor iCNG, Harrier and Safari as well as launched new models and variants like the Punch iCNG, Altroz iCNG and the Punch.ev. During the course of the year, Tata Motors also showcased various concepts like the Harrier.ev, Sierra.ev and the Curvv.  

In addition, Tata Motors also added many new features to its models like vehicle-to-load, Arcade.ev, a large 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and the likes. Furthermore, to establish itself as a major EV manufacturer in India, Tata Motors also launched its Tata.ev showrooms in New Delhi which only sell the brand’s electric models.

The runners up in this category include Honda Cars India, Hyundai Motor India, Kia India, Mahindra and Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki India, Mercedes-Benz India and Stellantis India.
