Ather Duo Charging Solution For A Two-in-One Home and Portable Use

Ather has introduced the Duo charger, a new charger design. This gives you the option to make it a fixed charger for your house and lock it. This also converts into a convenient portable charger for on-the-go needs.

They have created a mount that allows you to affix the main bulky part of the charger on the wall. There is a lock to secure your connector as well as the charging unit. Simply lock it in for a neat and organised charging station.

The Duo unlocks using a key and it can be tucked into the scooter's boot. This can be used as a top up charger on any standard 6A 3-pin socket. This setup transforms the charger into both a home charger and a standard charger, eliminating the need to place it on the ground and reducing the risk of cables or other items lying around.

The Ather Duo costs Rs 13,999, and the wall mount is priced at ₹ 2,599. However, there's a great deal on the bundled Ather Duo kit, including the charger and wall mount, for only ₹ 14,999. The mount is listed separately. The Ather Duo is compatible with current versions of the scooter. Whether it works with older generation Athers will be confirmed once the company responds. However, compatibility with older charger models is unlikely.
