This bodes well for the retro bike maker ahead of the festive period

Royal Enfield has reported a positive September 2024 sales performance as the company managed to sell 86,978 units. This is 11 percent better than what it managed in the same month in 2023.

 September 2024September 2023Growth
Domestic79,32674,2617%
Export7,6524,31977%
Total87,97878,58011%

Not only was its domestic record better but the exports business grew well too. The Himalayan 450 has begun reaching a lot of international markets and the acceptance shown for the new ADV is clearly benefiting the marque.

In local news, deliveries of the refreshed Classic 350, now arriving with a few new features, began in September. The Classic has been the breadwinner for Royal Enfield for years and this latest sprucing up gives it a modern touch.

There’s also quite a bit to look forward to from Royal Enfield in October and the months to come. Tubeless spoke rims for the Himalayan 450 are now being offered in the M-i-Y programme and for existing customers, the rims will be available as homologated accessories come October 3. At EICMA 2024, Royal Enfield is expected to showcase quite a few new two-wheelers as well, primarily on its 650 cc platform. There are high chances that the Classic 650 will make its official public debut in Milan with a launch at Motoverse 2024.
