Citroen C3 Aircross Bookings to Open From September 15

Citroen India will commence bookings for the upcoming C3 Aircross from September 15, 2023. It is expected to launch soon after the bookings are opened. Deliveries for the car will begin from October 2023. The C3 Aircross will compete against the Honda Elevate, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq and MG Astor.

The Citroen C3 AirCross is a compact SUV with a length of 4323mm, a width of 1796 mm, and a height of 1669 mm. It sits on a 200 mm ground clearance and claims to offer the best shoulder room in the segment and a best-in-class knee room of 896 mm for second-row passengers. In the 7-seater version, the second row can be split at 70:30, while the third row can be removed to free up more space for the boot. Accessing the third row requires a one-touch tumble of the second-row seats.

The Citroen C3 will be made available in only one variant – Max and it will be fully loaded with features. The C3 Aircross will come with a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that churns out 110 bhp and 190 Nm of torque, mated to a six-speed manual gearbox. There is no automatic gearbox on offer. Since the C3 AirCross is available in just 1 variant it includes a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.2 inch infotainment screen with connected car tech. There’s also wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on offer. There’s start/stop functionality and hill-hold assist as also a tyre pressure monitoring system. There is no sunroof on offer. The C3 Aircross will be made available in 5 and 7 seater versions.
