Explained: Maruti Suzuki Swift Custom Accessory Packs

Maruti Suzuki has launched the fourth generation of the Swift at ₹6.49 lakh today. This comes with a single-engine option and 2 gearbox options. People can choose from 6 variants and there are 2 `customisation packs on offer. Here is a detailed account of the customisation packs that are offered on the new Maruti Suzuki Swift. 

The customisation packs for the new Maruti Suzuki Swift are called Racing Roadstar and Thrill Chaser. Along with this there are certain other accessories that can be added individually to the vehicle as well. These packages are available on certain colours and trims and we have explained it all in the detail.  

Racing Roadstar Package

The Racing Roadstar comes on all trim levels and is available in white, red and black colours. There are a few omissions of certain features and there is a limitation of certain colours. It gets a front underbody spoiler with a Pearl white garnish.

The same white and black combo can be seen on the door panels in the form of a black underbody spoiler and white body-side moulding. The tailgate gets a black garnish above the Swift badging falling on the continuous body line. The rear bumper gets a black underbody spoiler with a white insert.

There are window visors in smoke black along with chrome inserts. A similar black-and-white combo is seen on the wheel arches. The hood and the roof both get carbon drift graphics. This has a carbon fibre-like design paired with grey patches. The Interior gets a red and black seat cover which adds to the racing feel.

There are carbon fibre and body colour graphics on the door panels. The door guard also gets the same treatment. Lastly, there are 3D mats that finish the package. It also includes ORVM Cover in carbon fibre finish and grey stripes. This same treatment can be seen on the IRVM. The key gets a carbon fibre finish cover. 

Thrill Chaser Package

The Thrill Chaser Package is available in all colours. The price differs depending on variants. This package gets a front skid plate with chrome garnish. The grille has chrome surrounds and red inserts. A chrome frame is offered for the windows.

There IRVM and ORVM get covers with the same graphics of stripes. There are hood graphics which continue on the roof and fade into racing stripes. The rear bumper gets a chrome garnish above the reflectors flaked by a black insert.

The side also gets chrome and black moulding. The trunk lip has a chrome insert that looks slightly too flashy. The seats are red and black and are finished in a different design than the previous one. Floor mats have a racing stripe in red white and black and the same colour scheme can be seen on the door panels and door sill guards. 

Now if you do not want to opt for a complete package and instead want to customise a look for the Maruti Suzuki Swift, then certain accessories are sold separately. The front, rear and side spoilers are all available at extra cost as mentioned above. The hood and roof graphics have 2 designs - Carbon Drift and Back Circuit. The Wheel arch cladding and the Trunk lip protector can all be bought separately. 

The door visors come in 2 options. One is with the chrome insert whereas the other one is just a plain one. There is a difference in the shape of those. The grille inserts are available in all colours and the bumper garnish is all available in red white or orange. The door panel moulding either gets a white insert or a red one. 

Other accessories for the Maruti Suzuki Swift include a body cover, bumper protector, rearview camera, covers for the ORVMs and IRVM, and door panels. There is garnish available for the window frame, fog lamp and tail gate. 3 different colours are offered on the Interior styling kits. 

The new Maruti Suzuki Swift offers 3 seat cover designs with side airbag openings. These also get 2 colour options each. The pattern of the stitching is different on each seat cover design. The company also offers lifestyle accessories such as a Sony or a Pioneer multimedia unit along with 300W speakers. Pillows such as neck pillows, lumbar pillows and red cushions are all offered from the dealer network. Electronics such as dashcams, dual port fast chargers, 3 in 1 cable, vacuum cleaners and tyre inflators are all part of the accessory category.
