The Magnite facelift is expected to launch towards the end of 2024.
Nissan India is working on a facelift for the only model it sells in India, the Magnite. Spy shots of the Magnite facelift have emerged, hinting at its imminent launch. The Magnite was launched in India in 2020 and a 2024 launch for the facelift seems like Nissan India is following a decent timeline for its subcompact SUV.
The test mule of the Magnite facelift was under heavy camouflage. However, it is expected to get a redesigned fascia with updated headlights and DRLs and a revised grille. Like with every facelift, the upcoming Magnite will also get redesigned front and rear bumpers as well as new designs for the alloy wheels.

The interior of the Magnite facelift was not visible in the spy shots but expect it to get a revised dashboard design with the possibility of a larger touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, redesigned controls for the climate control, a wireless charger, ambient lighting and also new upholstery.
Nissan isn’t expected to alter the powertrain options offered with the Magnite. The facelift will continue with the existing 72 bhp, 96 NM, 1.0-litre petrol engine and the 99 bhp, 160 Nm, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. Both engines will get a 5-speed manual gearbox, however, the petrol engine will come with a 5-speed AMT, while the turbo-petrol will continue with a CVT.

The Magnite facelift is expected to arrive towards the end of 2024 and will command a slight premium compared to the outgoing model. The Magnite currently retails between ₹6 - 11.11 lakh (ex-showroom, India) and gets two special editions – the Geza and Kuro. The Magnite will rival the likes of the Renault Kiger, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Maruti Suzuki Fronx and Tata Nexon.
