The price slash makes the KTM 250 Duke all the more appealing, especially after the slew of updates the bike received earlier this year.
The KTM 250 Duke just became all the more attractive with a price slash of up to ₹20,000. This brings down its asking price to ₹2.25 lakh from ₹2.45 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), and it will be valid until the end of this year. This is Royal Enfield Classic 350 territory, and also the likes of the new Triumph Speed T4 and the Hero Mavrick 440—all of which are nice, but not like the calm monster that is the 250 Duke here.
What makes matters all the more interesting is when you couple the updates that KTM introduced with the 250 Duke a few months back. Which made it look like the bigger 390 Duke, packs in the same plethora of features, except for launch control. And being the only Duke with an Ebony Black colour option, it is the most sinister-looking KTM available in India right now. However, the price drop also signals that sales for the 250 Duke hasn’t been positive and the Austrian brand hopes to revive sales with this price cut.
KTM has been quite busy this year. The brand made a comeback to EICMA 2024 after five years. Showcased its upcoming range of 390 off-road bikes, including the new 390 Adventure R which is slated to launch in India. Its parent company Pierer Mobility also brought a stake in MV Agusta — which has drained the company significantly to force them to go into self-administration mode. You can learn more about it here.
