Minda Corp And Sanco Connecting Technology Enters Technology Licensing

Minda Corporation Limited, Spark Minda's flagship company, has announced a pivotal Technology Licensing Agreement with Sanco Connecting Technology, a leading Chinese firm specialising in Electric Vehicle (EV) connection systems. This strategic partnership bolsters Minda Corp's product offerings in the burgeoning EV sector.

The agreement will enable both companies to collaboratively develop advanced Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) tailored for the Indian market. This includes EV connecting systems, charging gun assemblies with sockets and accessories, bus bars, cell contact systems, Power Distribution Units (PDU), and Battery Distribution Units (BDU).

This partnership marks a significant milestone for Minda Corporation, which aims to design, develop, and manufacture cutting-edge EDS solutions locally. The collaboration will also enhance Minda's wiring harness division's vertical integration capabilities, solidifying its role as a key player in the EV supply chain ecosystem.
