Oppo Find X8 Series Camera Details Surface Ahead Of India Launch

Oppo has revealed the key camera details of its upcoming Find X8 series smartphones. The much-anticipated series, which was recently unveiled in China, is set to launch in more regions, including in India.

According to the handset maker, the Find X8 series will be among the first smartphones to feature a dual periscope camera system, accompanied by a Triple Prism Fold Reflection System.

Oppo Find X8 To Get GenAI

In addition to the impressive camera hardware, the Oppo Find X8 series will also come with several generative AI features, including AI-powered Telescope Zoom and a new HyperTone Image Engine. Furthermore, the smartphones will support video recording in Dolby Vision HDR, along with Spatial Audio using a four-mic setup.

The performance of the Find X8 series is impressive, as evident from the recent Geekbench scores. The Oppo Find X8, with the model number CPH2651, has reportedly scored 2,840 in single-core and 8,817 in multi-core tests, showcasing its powerful processing capabilities.

The Oppo CPH2659, believed to be the Find X8 Pro global edition, has also been spotted on Geekbench, achieving a single-core score of 1,787 and a multi-core score of 6,349. 

While it remains uncertain whether this specific model will make its way to the Indian market, reports suggest that Oppo is gearing up for a strong global expansion, including a significant push in the Indian smartphone market.
