Luthra enters this position with more than three decades of business experience.
The Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) has appointed Shailender Luthra as the new State Chairperson for its Delhi Chapter, says an announcement released on Monday.
In his new role, Luthra will focus on addressing auto retail challenges through direct engagement with authorised automobile dealers and various departments within the Delhi Government. His mission includes fostering effective collaboration and championing the interests of the automotive retail community throughout the National Capital Territory.
Luthra enters this position with more than three decades of business experience, bringing comprehensive knowledge of both the automotive industry and its operational and strategic complexities. As the leader behind the Brite Group, he currently oversees major dealerships for Skoda, Nissan, and Royal Enfield across the Delhi NCR region.
"Accepting the stewardship of FADA's Delhi Chapter is far more than an appointment—it is an invitation to re-imagine what mobility can mean for our capital city and, by extension, for India. Delhi has always been a trendsetter; now it must become the proving ground for a new era of automotive retail that is sustainable, digitally fluent, and deeply human-centred," Luthra was quoted as saying.
Luthra's appointment comes at a critical time for Delhi's automotive retail sector, which faces evolving consumer expectations, technological advancements, and regulatory changes. His leadership is expected to help dealers navigate these challenges while positioning Delhi as a model for future automotive retail practices nationwide.
