Toyota recorded a 7% sales growth in June 2026 with 31,016 units, driven by stable demand for its passenger portfolio.
Continuing its steady growth trajectory in the Indian automotive market, Toyota Kirloskar Motor has officially announced its monthly sales performance for June 2026. The Japanese carmaker dispatched a cumulative total of 31,016 units during the month, achieving a solid 7% volume expansion compared to the 28,869 units recorded during the corresponding period last year.
This positive monthly performance was strongly underpinned by consistent single-digit growth across both its domestic wholesale operations and international shipping channels.
In the domestic market, the automaker delivered 28,441 units to its widespread national dealer network, registering an 8% improvement over the 26,453 units managed in June 2025. Similarly, the company’s international export channels witnessed an upward movement, with dispatches rising 7% to 2,575 units from the 2,416 units exported during the same month last year.

Looking at the broader half-yearly picture, cumulative data for the first half of the calendar year shows that total dispatches reached 201,338 units between January and June 2026, representing a substantial 15% advancement over the 174,890 units managed during the first half of 2025.
Reflecting on the commercial performance, Sabari Manohar, Executive Vice President of Sales, Service, and Used Car Business at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, stated that the consistent volume trajectory was heavily aided by sustained market demand for its diverse passenger vehicle portfolio. He further highlighted that consumer interest remained highly favourable for the recently introduced version of the Innova Crysta, which features updated exterior styling and modern design modifications, helping the premium utility vehicle draw stable retail traction throughout the month.
