Xiaomi's first Redmi-branded tablets to offer Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity options.
Xiaomi has launched its latest tablets, the Redmi Pad Pro 5G and the Redmi Pad SE 4G, in India. These are Xiaomi's first Redmi-branded tablets to offer Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity options and run on Android 14-based HyperOS interface.
The Redmi Pad Pro 5G is equipped with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and features a large 12.1-inch 2.5K display with 120Hz refresh rate support and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It has a massive 10,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
In the optics department, the Redmi Pad Pro 5G sports a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 13MP primary sensor and a 5MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies and video calls, it has an 8MP front-facing camera. Additional features include quad speakers with Dolby Atmos, a USB Type-C port, and support for the newly launched Redmi Smart Pen and Keyboard accessory.
The more affordable Redmi Pad SE 4G is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. It flaunts an 8.7-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 6,650mAh battery that supports 10W fast charging.
The Redmi Pad Pro 5G comes in two storage variants— 8GB+128GB priced at Rs 24,999 and 8GB+256GB priced at Rs 26,999. The Redmi Pad Pro Wi-Fi-only variant has 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and is priced at Rs 21,999.
The Redmi Pad SE comes in two storage variants— 4GB+64GB priced at Rs 10,999 and 4GB+128GB priced at Rs 11,999.
They will be available for purchase on Mi.com, Amazon, Flipkart and retail stores starting August 2. Buyers can avail an instant discount of Rs 2,000 on the Redmi Pad Pro 5G using select bank credit and debit cards.
