Xiaomi has also increased its SU7 delivery goal for 2025 to 350,000 units.
Xiaomi has announced that it has delivered 200,000 units of the SU7 in China since it was launched less than a year ago. It took Xiaomi 348 days to deliver the 200,000th unit, with the first 100,000 units delivered in 229 days, with the rest taking only 119 days to deliver.
The SU7 has four variants – SU7, SU7 Pro, SU7 Max and SU7 Ultra. The first three variants were launched in March 2024, and the top-spec Ultra was launched in February this year and all models are currently on sale only in China.
Lei Jun, CEO of Xiaomi, shared his goals for 2025 earlier this year and one of them included delivering 300,000 SU7 units this year. However, in light of the new milestone, Xiaomi has increased the target to 350,000 units and it says it has made good progress in ramping up production of the SU7.
The SU7 gets multiple battery pack options ranging from 73.6 kWh to 101 kWh, depending on the variant of the electric sedan you choose. The standard SU7 has a range of up to 700 km on a full charge, while the SU7 Pro has the highest claimed range of 830 km. The SU7 Ultra, the high-performance model has the least claimed range (up to 630 km) but has some insane performance figures: 0-100 kmph in 1.98 seconds, 1527 bhp and a top speed of 350 kmph.
