MG Motor India says it achieved the sales figures despite supply chain constraints in a few models, which it is working towards, and reducing the waiting period on priority for a few of its important products.
MG Motor India announced retail sales of 4,551 units in April 2023, a 126 per cent growth over the same month last year. Recently, the company launched its second electric product, the MG Comet EV, after the MG ZS EV in the entry-level budget segment.

At present, MG Motor India retails the MG Astor, MG ZS EV, MG Hector, MG Hector Plus, and the flagship MG Gloster SUV. The new MG Comet was recently launched at an introductory price of Rs. 7.98 lakh, however, the company is yet to announce the pricing for the full range.
