This new service will get your scooters serviced in just one hour.
Ather Energy has revealed a new service option called ExpressCare that will see its customers get their scooters serviced in just 60 minutes. It has already been in action for the past two months and more than 2000 customers have also benefited from this new service.
This has been launched as part of Ather Energy’s expansion strategy. This meticulously crafted quick offer will prioritize in getting the scooters serviced as soon as possible so that customers can hit the road in no time at all.
Ather Energy claims that despite the short time, quality will not be sacrificed. Two highly skilled technicians will be working in tandem on the scooter to complete the comprehensive service in just an hour. Customers can avail ExpressCare services for a nominal premium ranging between ₹125 to ₹150.
“We have always believed in an ecosystem approach when it comes to building EVs, and providing a seamless service experience is part of it,” explained Ravneet Singh Phokela, Chief Business Offer of Ather Energy.
Currently, there are 156 Ather Energy Service centers across India, out of which 20 centers are available with this quick service option. Ather Energy plans to increase this number up to 50, and the marque is aiming to achieve this by March 2024.
Ather also recently announced the name of its upcoming generation of family e-scooters called - Ritza. What was initially codenamed Diesel, the upcoming e-scooter will be based on the same platform that also underpins the current generation of Ather 450 scooters.
