Brad Pitt And Channing Tatum To Make A Movie On The Isle Of Man TT

After wrapping up production duties with his debut F1 movie that saw the likes of Lewis Hamilton get involved too, Hollywood actor Brad Pitt has now set his eyes on one of the most dangerous races on our planet – the Isle of Man TT. This will be the second two-wheel racing-centric documentary that Pitt will be a part of, the first one being “Hitting The Apex,” a story revolving around perhaps the best riders of the modern day MotoGP championship.

The ‘Troy’ actor is all set to make a movie and a docuseries along with other stalwarts like Channing Tatum and Jason Keller about the TT race. To be called ‘The Greatest Race On Earth’, the docuseries will be made by the same producers who have also made ‘Drive To Survive.’ The latter has been very crucial in the growth of F1 quite significantly. The organisers of the Isle Of Man TT are also hoping for the same.

The timing of the shoot this year couldn’t have been more perfect. For this year, we might see Michael Dunlop set the world record with the most number of TT wins, which is currently held by his late great uncle, Joey Dunlop, with 26 TT wins throughout his career. Michael is already coming up after a stunning 2023 season that saw him beat John McGuinness MBE’s 23 TT wins.

It will be interesting to see how they play out the drama on one of the deadliest motorcycle races on this planet. Moreover, there are several categories and sub-categories, like Sidecar, Superbike, Superstock, Supersport, and Senior TT. Except for the sidecar category, Michael Dunlop takes part in almost all two-wheeler categories. How does the documentary pan out is something that we really have to wait out for at least a year and a half from now.
