The milestone figure takes into account both the TVS Jupiter 110 and Jupiter 125.
The TVS Jupiter has solidified its position as the Hosur-based manufacturer's most popular scooter by crossing the 7 million sales milestone in the country. This shouldn't come as a surprise, for the TVS Jupiter has reached several milestones rapidly. It took just two years to hit five million sales and reached six million units by October 2023. The latest million units were achieved in merely 14 months, which speaks volumes about the scooter's popular popularity in the country.
The Jupiter's continuous popularity is due to the regular updates and new variants TVS introduces yearly. The Jupiter 125 marked the first pivotal point for the manufacturer, giving consumers a proper, feature-rich, performance-biased commuter scooter that was very practical. Building on those newfound strong foundations, the new TVS Jupiter 110 was launched to much fanfare. It was based on the same platform as the Jupiter 125, carrying forward those same credentials in a much more modern and premium package. Right from its sharp and sleek styling to its practical aspects like the front fuel-filler cap, and the largest underseat storage space at 33 litres.
