Do I need any documents for my FASTag login?

You don’t need any particular documents for FASTag login; simply use details such as Customer ID, Wallet ID, Vehicle ID, or RFID number to access your FASTag account. The online FASTag portal requires you to verify your mobile number used when purchasing the tag, which then allows you to access the online account. 

How can I retrieve my login password?

If you don’t remember your password, visit the FASTag portal, click on ‘Log in’ and select the ‘Forgot Password’ option.

Then, you will be asked to enter two of the following details.

  • Customer ID

  • Wallet ID

  • RFID number

  • Vehicle ID

After that, you need to enter your mobile number, generate OTP and re-generate your password. Hence, you can reset your password and use it to access your FASTag account again. 

What is the process of blocking my FASTag account?

To block your FASTag account, you can simply follow the below steps.

  • Use your login credentials to access your account on the FASTag portal.

  • Under ‘Service Request’, select ‘Generate Service Request’.

  • Find ‘Closure Request’ to close your FASTag account and wallet.

How can I raise transaction-related complaints?

Your FASTag login allows you to raise complaints related to unauthorised or wrong transactions.

  • Use your Wallet ID or User ID along with the password to log in to your FASTag account.

  • Under ‘Service Request’, you can find the option ‘Generate Service Request’.

  • Find the option ‘Transaction Dispute’ to file a complaint related to a particular transaction from your FASTag wallet.
