BMW Group India has drawn up a plan for 27 product actions in 2026, including 10 new cars and 17 updates across the BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad brands. The company wants this launch plan to support double-digit growth in the luxury car and bike markets in India through the year.
The 2026 launch plan has already begun. BMW India has introduced the X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro, produced in Chennai and priced at ₹74.5 lakh ex showroom. The M2 CS performance coupe has joined the range at ₹1.66 crore, brought in as a limited import. BMW Motorrad has rolled out the 2026 M 1000 R at ₹33.5 lakh, with deliveries scheduled from May. MINI India has launched the Cooper S Victory Edition at ₹57.5 lakh, a limited-run model that marks the brand’s rally history.

A key pillar of the roadmap is the iX3, which will be the first BMW model on the Neue Klasse electric platform. The long wheelbase iX3 will debut in China in 2026 and is expected to land on Indian shores by early 2027.
BMW India is also working to increase local sourcing of parts to manage prices and support higher volumes in a segment that still accounts for about 1 percent of total passenger vehicle sales in the country. With the 27 planned launches, the company aims to close the gap with market leader Mercedes Benz while keeping its EV share and network footprint on a growth path.
