How to create a FASTag account?

The below-mentioned steps will help you create your FASTag account online via your issuer bank’s FASTag portal.

Step 1: Access the FASTag portal of your issuer bank online.

Step 2: Select ‘Retail Login’ if you are an individual customer or select ‘Corporate Login’ if you are a corporate customer. 

Step 3: Select the ‘First Time User’ option.

Step 4: Provide 2 of the below-mentioned information:

  • Customer ID: It’s a 13-digit identification number (17xxxxxxxxxxx), which you can find on the welcome email after purchasing the FASTag.

  • RFID number: It’s a 16-digit number (6xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx), which you can find on your FASTag.

  • Wallet ID: It’s a 14-digit identification number (17xxxxxxxxxxxx) you can find on the welcome email.

  • Vehicle ID: It’s your vehicle registration number.

Step 5: Enter the mobile number you mentioned on your FASTag application form, and click on ‘Next Step’.

Step 6: Select ‘Generate OTP’ to get the OTP on your mobile phone.

Step 7: Enter the OTP on the portal for authentication.

Step 8: Once the mobile number is verified, you can create your FASTag account password. 

Step 9: Use the drop-down menu to pick 3 questions and add your answers.

Step 10: Now, you can finish the registration by clicking on ‘Continue’.

Step 11: Once done, you will be prompted to the login page. There you can enter your Customer ID and password to access the FASTag account you just created.

How to log in to your FASTag account?

Below are the steps commonly followed for FASTag corporate login or FASTag retail login. 

Step 1: Visit the FASTag portal linked to your issuer bank.

Step 2: Select ‘Retail Login’ if you have an individual account or ‘Corporate Login’ if you have a corporate account.
